"I have been a State Farm customer for many years. Since moving to Kingsport, Bill Lawson's team has been excellent. While we met Bill, and appreciate him, Angela Paskus has been my primary contact. What do I love about Angela? Prompt, professional, thoughtful, and consultive are just a few of the things that come to mind. I have only been in the office twice: one to transfer our policies and then when we closed on our home. Never has this office failed to set a timeframe and deliver their best to me when promised. From a cost perspective, State Farm is very competitive, but when you need them they are there. Recently, my son had an accident and the office handled everything for us except for the customary calls with the central processing area. Since coming to them I have expanded my coverage because I believe in the value of what I get from them. Nothing but positive because they, especially, Angela, has earned it."
